To place an order on this page, you must create a customer account. This can be done after adding the products to your shopping cart.

4 questionsNo. You may complete your purchase as a guest, without creating an account.
However, creating a customer account offers several advantages:
Access to your order history
Order status tracking
Faster checkout in future purchases (no need to re-enter your details)
Management of billing and shipping addresses
An account can be created during the checkout process or at a later time, if you wish.
To update your personal information, you must:
Log in to your account;
Go to the “My Account” section;
Select “Personal Details”.
From this area, you can edit your personal information, contact details, and billing or shipping addresses.
Yes. You can access your complete order history in the “My Account” section by selecting “Orders”.
From this area, you can track the status of your purchases and review the details of each order.
If you have forgotten your password, please select “Forgot your password?” on the “Login” page.
After entering your email address, you will receive instructions to securely reset your password.
Products and orders
2 questionsTo find a product, use the search bar located in the header of the page.
Enter the product name or a relevant keyword. If matching items are found, they will be displayed in a list of relevant results.
If you wish to modify your order, please contact us as soon as possible using the “Send us an Email” form available under “Contact → Email”.
When contacting us, please provide your order number, which can be found:
In the “Orders” section of “My Account”;
In the confirmation email received after placing the order.
Changes can only be made if the order has not yet been processed or dispatched.
